“Over the past several years I’ve worked with Shea on a couple of different issues. So when Covid-19 arrived in the US and she mentioned to me that if I ever felt something viral coming on I should call her right away, I did. It was a Monday evening and I went from feeling not quite right with a scratchy throat to running a 101.4-degree temperature with body aches in a matter of just a couple of hours. My throat glands became hugely swollen, painful, and covered in thick, white patches. Completely exhausted and spiraling out of control fast, I called her. I didn’t know it then, but it wasn’t Covid-19 but rather an intense case of strep throat that was quickly overwhelming my system. Shea worked on me over the phone as I lay there nearly unconscious. After our session, I fell asleep for the night. In the morning I woke up feeling surprisingly better with no fever but still with giant swollen glands. Shea checked in on me over the next two days working on me remotely to get the glands back to normal and successful. I was shocked because two years earlier I had a case of strep throat that lasted for over two months. The doctors gave me antibiotics which gave me a secondary yeast infection and made things much worse. From now on, I’ll be calling Shea first, no question.”

“As well as being a formidable yoga teacher and massage therapist, Shea Rollins is a remarkable healer who I can most highly recommend. Shea was a bit help in “unwinding” and letting go of pain and tendon problems in one of my hands when I had nearly given up on regaining normal use of that hand. Most recently Shea turned around a combination of terrible sore throat, sinus congestion, and headache, and a nasty cough which was stressing my lungs. To my displeasure, the symptoms came on two days before a very long flight from New Mexico to Europe with the promise of a miserable journey. I had the great fortune of a session on the evening before the flight. During our session I was able to experience a shifting of my symptoms and go into a very deep relaxation before becoming aware of meridians of energy opening and flowing freely. At one point my ear drums began to crackle in spastic waves after which the sinuses began draining and the headache went away. After a night of being able to sleep well, I woke up free of headache, and cough, and sore throat. What normally takes days to subside was gone. It was an uneventful journey home in very good health. “It is possible! For 12 years I had been holding onto a low-grade anger directed toward my former and deceased spouse who left unfinished business for my son and me to clean up. I tried to forgive him, but the best I could do was to freeze my memory of him. Recently I decided I needed help to free up this memory.
